What we collect
Your answers to the research form: the student’s city and country, grade, curriculum, type of school, the guidance they have today, their interest in thinking about the future, their university plans, whether a session in English suits them and which times could work. If you choose to give them, your name, email and phone number. Your consent. We also record the type of device used and which link you came from (for example WhatsApp or email), never your location or what else you do online.
Why we collect it
To choose families for our research sessions and to contact you to arrange one. This is research, not a sign-up for the product.
Who sees it
Only the Octavyan research team. We do not share your answers with anyone, including your child’s school. The answers are stored with our database provider, and our emails are sent through Google Workspace.
How long we keep it
Your answers are deleted automatically 30 days after you finish the form, or 30 days after you start it if you do not finish. Deleted answers can remain in our database provider’s backups for a short time until those backups expire. If you tick “Keep me in touch”, we keep your name and contact details after the 30 days so we can tell you about future sessions, until you ask us to stop.
Asking us to delete it sooner
Email alexandre@meridianventures.xyz and we will delete your answers, or stop keeping in touch, straight away.
